Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

- Canada: 7–20 business days

- Latin America: 10–25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days

Shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays.
